Description: Three-quarter length portrait shows Louise Wallace Spence (Mrs. John Gill) as middle-aged woman with brown hair, wearing multiple pearl strands. She wears white dress with lace bodice, and holds fan in right hand. Pink highlights are seen, some of which may have been removed. Leaves project from sides.
