
ARTSCAPE: The Baltimore Region's Largest Festival of the Arts
Artists, architects, writers, designers, mathematicians or anyone who keeps a notebook is invited to submit work |

May 01, 2003-The NOTEBOOK exhibition is scheduled to take place as part of the Artscape festival in Baltimore, which is held July 25-27. NOTEBOOK will consist of single pages from notebooks, sketchbooks, journals, black books, notepads and other forms of paper record keeping. Artists, architects, writers, designers, mathematicians or anyone who keeps a notebook is invited to submit work.
All pages must be originals but do not need to be framed or mounted; however, pages do need to be removed from their notebook. Uniform frames will be supplied by Artscape for all works. The NOTEBOOK exhibition will be located in the Pinkard Gallery, Bunting Center, Maryland Institute College of Art from July 12 - August 3 as part of the Artscape festival held July 25 - 27.

- Joseph S. Lewis, III, Artist, Dean for the School of Art and Design, Fashion Institute of Technology, Co-Founder, Fashion Moda
- Ellen Lupton, Director of Design Studies, Maryland Institute College of Art, Curator of Contemporary Design, Cooper-Hewitt, National Design Museum, NY
- Michael Rakowitz, Artist, Sculpture Faculty, Maryland Institute College of Art.

Actual pages should be mailed with complete NOTEBOOK Exhibitor Information (as below) no later than June 15, 2003, but artists are encouraged to send in their entries as soon as possible:
